Fast Food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very
quickly , first popularized in the 1950s in the united states. There
are three types of fast food in Ghana which are Traditional fast food, an example of Traditional Fast food are Roasted Plantain,Yam and Cocoyam.
Local fast food, an example of local fast food are Waakye, Gari and Bean and Hausa kooko. Exotic fast food, an example of Exotic fast food are Chines Restaurants, K.F.C and PaPaye .Any meal with low preparation time
can be considered to be fast food. Typically the term refers to food
sold in restaurant or store with preheated or precooked ingredients and
served to the customer in a packaged for take - away.These three types
of fast food comes with a different packaging and cost.
